Refund policy

At Huxlee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, this Returns Policy outlines your rights and the process for returns or exchanges of items bought through www.huxlee.co.za.

1. Returns

You may return an item under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized products (if applicable)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact customer service at hello@huxlee.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping information.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the provided address.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

For damaged, defective items, or exchanges (size or color), contact hello@huxlee.co.za to arrange an exchange. A replacement will be sent once the original item is returned.

Logging of Returns

All returns for defective or incorrect items must be logged through the Huxlee website and must include:

  • Appropriate packaging
  • Goods Return Number clearly marked
  • Original proof of purchase

Replacement Items

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced within 10 working days.

Refund/Credit:

  • Credit will be issued once the defective/incorrect items are returned.
  • Items must be physically returned before replacements are dispatched.

Delivery & Collection

  • Replacement items will be delivered at Huxlee's cost.
  • Customers must arrange collection of defective/incorrect items.
  • Collection of defective/incorrect items will be covered by Huxlee.

Quality Standards

  • Items returned as defective must be within 6 months of purchase.
  • Analysis will determine if the defect is due to:
    • Manufacturing errors
    • Poor care
    • Normal wear and tear
  • For defects due to care issues or wear and tear, feedback will be provided, and future replacements will not be considered.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.

6. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged under certain circumstances.
