- Domestic Shipping (South Africa): We deliver to all provinces and major cities across South Africa.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Delivery Times
We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
- Local Delivery (South Africa):
- Major cities: 2-5 business days
- Outlying areas: 5-7 business days
- International Delivery:
- Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, international orders are delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on the location and customs processing times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or customs processes.
4. Order Processing Time
We process orders during our regular business hours:
- Monday to Thursday 9-4.30 Friday 9-1pm
Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times typically range from 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided via the courier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or other external factors. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone with updated information.
7. International Orders
For international orders:
- Customs Fees and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply when shipping to a destination outside South Africa. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential fees.
- Customs Clearance: International deliveries may experience delays due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item to arrange a return or exchange. In the case of lost or missing shipments, please notify us at hello@huxlee.co.za, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held liable for any delays or lost items. Should the package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
